Plant Scrapbook Extra Credit Project

This project in not required. If it is completed it can replace a low project or test grade. What you need to do for the project is create a book. The first parts should have drawings (many you should have completed in class). These drawings should have their parts labeled and the functions for each of their parts listed. Next you should have a sample of moss and a fern sample with their parts labeled and part functions listed. Then you need two flowers with their scientific and common names. Finally you need 10 leaves with their scientific name, common name, shape, edge, and vein structure. The rubric should be attached at the back. There is the potential for 10 extra points if you go above and beyond the requirements.
If there are other questions or clarifications please comment with them and I will help.

Changes on the Blog

Starting next week anything we give you that we made (aka OK charts, SRQ's, Content Maps, etc) will be available here and on school loop. There will be an attached link to any assignment that can be electronic. So what that means is that blank materials will be available from both the website and school loop. So your parents will know exactly what you are doing and not doing.

Thursday, September 6th 2007
